I had the same problem, not seeing any resemblance between my cPanel and what is described. But if you go to Webmail in the cPanel, you’ll see an option for Spam Assassin. Then you should be able to follow from there, though it still isn’t totally identical.

Looks like this is LPCP and not the cPanel some hosting plans come with.
