That’s right! Lunarpages wants to hear from you, so we have developed a brief, 5-minute online survey that we’d love you to take. Because we are interested in your honest answers to questions regarding demographics, software usage, and hosting services, we would love if you could take five minutes from your day to help us out.

The results will help us shape future Lunarpages products and services and will ultimately help us better serve you, our amazing customers.

    I took the survey and it did not give me much of an opportunity to offer suggestions. What I would have said if given the opportunity: please give us a simple login page. The current login page has all sorts of extra information on it that I really don’t care about and it takes a long time to load. I just want to login. Thanks.

    I have been using Lunarpages for 4 years and I’m satisfied. All (only few) problems have been solved quickly.

    This isn’t the type of survey to let us tell them our issues or desires. It’s to find out who we are so they can move in a direction to give us better services and, quite honestly, make more money. They offer ample opportunities to voice desires/concerns. Just click “Contact Us” on most any page and choose your poison.

    After sampling what else is out there, LP rocks! I have had to fight irate CEOs to keep them and will do it again – I simply don’t want to go anywhere else and be responsible for their support. This is home!

    I would have appreciatedthe opportunity to give input on the quality of your service in the survey. Although overall pleased with the minimal downtime, I feel there is much work to do to improve security to prevent spammers from sending mail through your servers using other domain names not hosted with you, or my own domain name which has been hijacked on multiple occassions.

    My company is in education, entertainment and web development. Only one option could be selected.

    @Will: a simple login page would be nice, but I don’t think customer satisfaction / ideas for improving existing LP options was the intention of this survey. But…. quicker access to the control panel would be nice too. Sometimes it’s so slow. It takes several minutes sometimes before I reach my databases online….

    I was disappointed in the survey really offered no options for those of us who are NOT running a business but hosting personal web sites for family, friends, or research. Made it hard to answer some of the question and will skew your results. Not ALL of your folks who use your excellent host system are running businesses. However, I like Lunarpages and have been well pleased with your services.

    I can see taking the survey won’t get my suggestion heard so I am just leaving a reply. LP is the greatest hosting company out there. I have approx. 20 reseller accounts and a dedicated III hosting account. My only complaint is the billing. Since I have so many accounts they are renewing quite often throughout the year. It would be SO helpful to my accounting if Lunar could tell me which account specifically is renewing. I get emails saying “We see one of your accounts is coming up for renewal”, but it doesn’t tell me which. Even if I call in to billing they tell me that they can’t see that information. It’s really an organized system. That’s my only gripe. Other than that, Lunar rules!

    I use LP nearly 5 years and can said is LP Mania as I host several accounts as I got many websites for hosting. However, I feel LP is quite stable and the cPanel is very ease to use and thats the main reason why i keep staying with LP. As I live overseas and the LP support may take times for the reply and delay in the urgent help requret . I hope LP wont force the user upgrade the expensive plan and wish LP can give more resources for the general users in the web server system. Never turn down the website of the users as suddently said the user occupied too much % of their server’s CPU . Also Hope

    Great info. I think the main problem for most people is budgeting. It’s always about what you can afford.
