		<description>One thing that wasn&#039;t in this post was the DMCA/EDEC notice and takedown system. I know firsthand that Lunarpages has a great system for handling these types of complaints but it is important to note that this can be an option when and if contacting the plagiarist fails. 

The ability to get the host to remove a work is an important right when dealing with sites hosted within the U.S. and EU. It&#039;s a very powerful tool when used correctly.
