I do not find the LunarForums helpful. I can never remember, or find where I put the login info. Why does it have to be different from my regular account login? So, the few times I’ve went to the forums I’ve had to use the feature “forgot login” and go through the whole process again. Once I’m in the forums I find it difficult to maneuver and have never, that I can remember, found a solution to my problem.

Keep in mind that I love LunarPages and find the support team excellent.

Hi Jerry — Since you were having some issues with remembering your login, we went ahead and updated your LunarForum login to match your web hosting login! :) I hope this is okay, but that should make it easier to remember if they are both the same, right?

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through LunarForums, you might try reviewing our Wiki at wiki.lunarpages.com. A lot of the questions/answers from the Forums have been moved to the Wiki in various articles for your convenience.

Just let us know if you need anything else, and thanks for your comments! We truly appreciate them.

I agree with Jerry when I first tried using the forum it was a bit of a pain using two passwords when just seems like the one would be fine. But don’t change it, I don’t remember any of my passwords. Once in the forum I didn’t have any probs navigating around, although its been ages since I’ve been back. Totally agree with Jerry the support team is excellent, including when it was time to renew – it was easy to do & totally pain free.

I tried installing a simple viewer to my site but never could figure out how to do it. Same with Jalbum. Or perhaps you have a better suggestion for a way to display fotos for someone with html skills.

    thanks

I only use the forums, I do not have time nor the patience to use any of the social networking sites. Personally I think it is a waste of time (unless used for advertising) for lunar to dilute their time in this frivolous way. The forum is dated and stale, it is in desperate need of a new look to match the look of the refreshed site.

As a client I want to communicate to Lunar via a lunar resource, like the forum, and not twitter. I would also like to see the number of forums streamlined and reduced. Having almost 50 forums is a little over the top and requires way too much navigation. I used to have a forum with nine million visitors per month and I had nowhere near that many forums.

I guess you can tell I like the forum for resources
