Tim - I think this is something that goes beyond what Lunarpages technicians can assist with since it's not our system. Your best bet would be to contact an SEO company directly to get some answers or if you're just using software, to send in some questions to whoever provides that software. So if you're using Google Analytics, they have a support area that can help out a lot!

From what it sounds like, you might benefit well from getting some professional SEO help, since they can either walk you through it or handle it for you. :)

I need a real person to talk to about how to interpret the web site data. The 'hits' versus the 'visits' are confusing to me. Also, I do not know how to read the data such that I can see how to adjust our website for the market we are addressing. We launched our website in April 2008 and have not had one contact nor have we sold any of the items. We have an international conference we are promoting via our website and we have not had any inquiries nor registrations. We did two email blasts of 17,000 physician sites via American Medical Information company. Not even one inquiry from either of the blasts.

WE ARE FRUSTRATED WITH THE RESULTS OF OUR WEBSITE!!!!!

Needless to say, any help with knowing more about the data management would be helpful. Can you provide a person to call me so I amy discuss the situation on data analysis? Cell phone number is 419-262-0286. I am following the newsletters but I do not have any idea how to make more sense from what wer are doing. Any help from the users as to how they are more successful than we are is appreciated.

Thank you
