Lunarpages Support Wiki Has Launched

A few weeks ago we official launched the new Lunarpages Web Hosting Support Wiki to great success. From the few customers I have talked to about it, it seems that it has been a welcomed resource of information and help. Have you had time to check it out yet?
Categorized, for Easy Access
From the front page, the interface should be rather familiar. Here, things have been categorized into helpful support sections for easy use. For example, if your looking for something domain name related – it should be in the domain name category. Inside some categories, you have sub-sections that will give you another directory of information to browse through. The perfect example of this is the “Adding Features” page: http://wiki.lunarpages.com/Adding_Features
Here, features for the shared hosting plans are divided by plan type, such as Basic, Business, Windows and more.
Having Trouble? We Have Search!
Need to find something quickly? Each wiki page has a search box, so that you can search the entire database of information quickly and easily. Type your keyword into the search box and then hit GO to go to a page with that specific title first or search to just search for that phrase in the entire wiki.
One great new feature to the Lunarpages Web Hosting Wiki is the ability to search from the search box inside of most modern browsers. Here is how you add the Lunarpages Web Hosting Wiki search plugin:
