Recently, a lot of webmasters have been giving our amazing new LPQuicksite Hosting Plan a whirl and have been enjoying the ease with which you can setup, manage, and publish your website in under 2 hours. But at the same time, I have received a few queries about adding some other more advanced features to the websites, and so I thought I’d outline a few of them in a 5-Part LPQuicksite Tutorial Series so that you guys can take advantage of these easy applications to give your website that extra professional oomph!
Here’s how the 5-Part Series will work – if you have any comments, suggestions, or recommendations for future segmants, please don’t hesitate to let me know!

1. Adding Counters
In LPQuicksite, there is no automatic counter field, but it’s so incredibly easy to add and manage one that you’ll almost think we included it! So this month, I’m going to show you exactly how to add a fantastic and 100% free website counter to your LPQuicksite.
First, find the counter of your choice. You can Google “website counters” and you should get a lot of results. I recommend Rapid Counter, as it is the easiest to implement, there are no advertisements that come with it, and you can track everything efficiently. With around 150 counters to choose from, you can literally match almost every template we have in LPQuicksite without trouble. Here are a couple examples of some of the counter styles you can use:
![]()
To install any of these counters (or the nearly 150 other choices!), simply sign up for a new counter account with Rapid Counter, copy the HTML they give you and then login to your LPQuicksite editor.
Click on Content > Manage Pages and then find the page you’d like to track the hits on. I’d recommend having a counter on your homepage, as that will be the page your customers and audience comes back to.
Once you have clicked on the page you want to edit, locate the icon in the design and text editor that says “Source” and click on it.
![]()
You’ll now see what’s called the “source code” of your webpage. This will allow you to edit HTML and add features we don’t automatically have included or preinstalled.
Now, simply paste the copied HTML code towards the bottom of all that HTML, just before the < / span > < br /> HTML. Then, Save and Publish and your new website counter will immediately start calculating visitors to your site.
Of course, if you get stuck along the way, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance!
