5cents, I appreciate your comment. It helped me understand a bit better.

Honestly though, I think if you are going to call it a "February Issue" then I think each header should be linked to each blog post as Mitch Keeler has altered the post to become. However, it would be nice if the text of these links would indicate hyperlinks too to save confusion?

Right now, the hyperlinks took like plain text on this page.

@ Lunarpages Hosting Reviews: I too used to be confused about the newsletter and the most recent post didn't really do much to help but taking another look through cleared things up.

I think the issue lies in the fact Lunarpages is calling it a "newsletter" thereby leading people to expect one thing when in fact they are delivering the news in another vessel. Newsletters are generally one or two pages with several mini-stories viewable in a small amount of space (whether print newsletters or the dreaded spam e-newsletters). Lunarpages, however, is simply running a blog with important news.

Stating it as such would clear up confusion as would dropping the "February issue, January issue" etc. Since each month's issue isn't distinct from the other (they're not necessarily on separate pages and some have multiple tags), categorization by issue is confusing. Blogs are chronologically ordered as is and the posts here are tag-enabled. There isn't any further need for categorization, indeed doing so will likely confuse readers (as is the case). Finally, most of the articles are shown on the main page in their entirety. Therefore, no "read more" link is viewable which is the generally accepted behavior.

Of course, if you don't like calling it a blog, think of another name but calling it a newsletter is bound to muddle the a visitor's perception of what to expect and what he/she actually sees.

My two, or rather, five cents on the usability.

Well, I was one of the people that was confused about reading the newsletter and I continue to be one.

I read your FAQ about reading the newsletter and then came to this page:
http://www.web-hosting-newsletter.com/2008/02/25/february-lunarpages-newsletter-content/

I do not see a "Read More" link anywhere.

Over 14 years of internet experience and I feel like a complete moron. :x

Am I the only one? Maybe I should drink a case of beer before coming online and this all would make more sense.
