(Yeehaaaaaawwww..or something) They were expensive, restrictive, and flat out terrible. Which is what got me searching for other hosting means. I've tried other hosts, and was frankly quite happy with my last host. Until I found LunarPages. The storage, the bandwidth, heck even the SPEED of my site is incredible. And all for $1 less than my last host, with literally 100X more storage and Bandwidth. I had tried to use the "Q&A" sections of other hosting sites, but they either never answered or were very slow at answering and no one actually answered the questions I had. It was like they were all beating around the bush. Lunarpages not only answered EVERY question I had, they did it quickly and if they did not know right then, I had a response they were inquiring about it and would get to me as soon as they had an answer. WELL.... YOU ROCK!!! When I had mega questions BEFORE I signed up, you never put me off or tried to badger me. I have had great success using the coffee cup program and LOVE this hosting.
