Getting your e-mail account up and running might be different from program to program and method to method, but here is the general rundown of the information you will be asked for.

Display Name: Your Name as You would like it to appear
User Name (or Acount Name): Your e-mail address or just your user name
Password: Your Account Password
POP3 Server: yourdomain.com
SMTP Server: yourdomain.com (Try Port 26 or 587 if the default 25 doesn’t work)
